32oz growler shared at the November 2015 DC Gathering. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was nice hop notes, lots of tropical character here. Light straw. Flavor was strong hop notes, light sweetness. Pineapple, sweet malts. Very tasty.

32oz growler pours a hazy gold with some spitty, white head. Nose has chive, grass, straw, dank hop, mild tropical fruit. Flavor is lightly sweet, malt, guava, pineapple, chive, lemon, tangerine, soap, honey. Dry finish. Very nice.

32oz growler from the brewery pours a hazy pale yellow with lots of white head. Nose is grassy and dank, chivey, some lemon, light tropical fruit. Flavor has a little malt, then grass, chive, pineapple, lemon, tangerine. Almost creamy on the finish.

On tap at Courthaus Social, pours a murky yellow with some lacing, white head. Nose has some, some muddled tropical fruit - more papaya than pineapple, a little over ripe melon, meyer lemon, grass, some candy. Flavor follows right along, tropical fruit candies, grass, some light hand soap. Almost a chalky finish. I expected a bit more.

On nitro at the brewery pours a dark, creamy, viscous black with some creamy, off white head. Nose is nice and mellow with coffee, not potent but very inviting, malt, toast, a little turbinado sugar, some tamarind maybe. Flavor is sweet with malt and molasses, toast, then sweetened coffee. Creamy mouthfeel, dry with a little lasting coffee. Nice. Scary easy to drink at 9.4%.
