Description

Tasting at Papsø
Hazy deep blond color. The aroma is hoppy and Belgian-spicy; but, original, it has an extreme earthy character, manure, usually found in English Golden Ales, thanks to the hops. Malt flavor, light residual sweetness, spicy, a lot of coriander, with light earthy touch, and quite strong bitterness. Vibrant and very good.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has strong notes of spices and lemongrass as well as lighter notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemongrass, malt, straw, and other spices, leading to a dry lemony finish.
