Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di panettone, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia rossa, frutta passita e rabarbaro.

330 ml bottle, as La Rulles Pils, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 4.8%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma of pilsener malts and floral and herbal hops, a hint of honey. Citric mouthfeel. The crisp flavour is well hopped throughout, floral and herbal notes again, bitter finish.

On tap at Bishops Arma Vasagaten. Pours cloudy amber with an off-white head. Dirty Belgian yeast, mild spicy esters on the nose. Flavour has a fairly tame Belgian yeast, gentle spice, some sugary esters. Not a particularly great Belgian yeast expression here.

On tap at The Bishops Arms Vasagatan, pours a hazy dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma has a reasonable Belgian yeast expression, bready malt, and a bit of oxidation. Flavour has a sort of bready oxidation, toasted caramel, and gentle Belgian yeast expression. Comes across rather oxidized and not complex on the Belgian yeast. It’s alright.
