Handpump at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Chestnut skin pour with amber-caramel highlights, tick creamy foam with retention. Nose: wood, mou, caramel, cane sugar. Mouth: watery body, clean overall, hints of cocoa, sweet caramel. The finish is softly bitter.

In bocca è dolce all'attacco con note di frutta secca, caramello, etilico. Corpo un po' leggerino rispetto alle attese, carbonazione soft. Ha poco carattere, e il tempo non le ha giovato.
