Cask @Luppolo Station (Rome). Bruna, intensa, schiuma avorio/beige media. Al naso note di cioccolato, nocciola, marocchino. In bocca è equilibratissima, cioccolatosa, dolce, con chiusura amara contenuta, lievemente più caffettosa, rotonda. Corpo esile, setosa al palato, carbonazione soft. Capolavoro.

Cask @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata carica, velata, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di erba tagliata, terrose, maté. In bocca maltata all'attacco, biscotto, amaro contenuto a bilanciare magistralmente il tutto. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Molto british. Lacrimuccia.
