Aroma: Banana,wheat and some cocoa hints.
App:Hazy brown color.Medium beige frothy head.Poor retention.
Taste:Banana , some fuits and some roasted notes. Medium sweetness.
Palate:Average carbonation,medium body.

Old rating from 28-03-16 - 500ml bottle, pours a orange hazy colour with a white head. Aromas of flora, citrus & sweet malt. Tastes of flora, citrus, orange peel, banana, clove & sweet malt. Aftertaste of citrus & sweet malt with a mild bitterness.

Insgesamt ein solides, schön abgestimmtes Festbier. Gemischtporige, mäßig stabile Schaumkrone, in Duft und Geschmack viel Karamell, ziemlich malzig, deutliche Süße, etwas kräutriger Hopfen.

Bottle picked up from a 12 bottle Kalea mixed pack from Globus, Plattling and consumed at home Sunday 2nd February 2025 cooking Lamb Qabooli from Bahari cookbook, listening to Das Format - Das Format. Pours clear sparkling gold with a white head. Tasting like a festbier marzen, malty'ish', but with a loose fruity tang. Mouthfeel is good, light bitterness, clean tasting but offering little.

Schöne feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone, goldene klare Farbe, in der Nase kernig-würzig und hellmalzig mit etwas robust-blumigem Hopfen, im Mund mit relativ vollem Körper, präsenter Hopfenbittere, leichter Süße und malziger Würzigkeit. Insgesamt sehr rund und stimmig, dadurch ziemlich süffig.

Bottle from Biermarket. Aroma is grainy bready malt with straw, hay, yeasty notes, hint of ripe-ish fruits. Flavour is mild sweetish and light bitter. Body is medium. Smooth and nicely balanced.
