On tap at The Magnet. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Wild yeast and floral notes on the nose. Flavour has wild yeast, lots of oak and floral notes, off-dry finish. Comes across very muddled. A bit disappointing for this brewery.

Bottle at Dageraad. Pours murky ruddy orange with a white head. Tons of musty, vinous notes on the nose. Flavour is full of earthy wild yeast and red wine grape skins; fairly juicy with some acidity and dry tannins. The profile is super vinous and tannic, great use of wine grapes. This is excellent.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a hazy dark amber rosé with a small white head. Aroma has some musty blueberry skins, light funk, and light earthiness. Flavour blends dry blueberry skins well with farmhouse funk, finishing acidic and funky, with the blueberries largely fermented out. Nicely constructed.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a hazy dark red with a small off-white head. Aroma has tons of jammy red berries, moderate funk, and a touch of acidity. Flavour is on the acidic side, with tons of jammy, acidic, red berries, light funk, and a touch of leather. The berries add quite a bit of acidity, which limits its drinkability. But it’s a well-made beer for sure.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, hay, and rustic graininess. Flavour is buggy and complex, with a wonderfully complex barnyard funk, lots of hay, low-level phenols, and toasted grains. Complex funk—not much phenolic character. Excellent.

On tap at PreFunk Nampa. Clear deep golden pour. Lovely coarse white head light stone fruit and funky some Brett notes. Quite sour with som more stone fruit, light peach and apricot maybe. Mostly a straight up open sour. Very tasty. Glad to find it out here

Gold colour, bright, thin head. Earthy old school hops, a bit if grassiness…okay but Mt Rainier? I don't know that hop. Mellow base, light tartness and quite woody.
