A dense pillowy white head with ample lacing. A well carbonated murky amber body. The nose features citrus, light spices and a mild Brett yeast. A well blended wheat IPA. Lemon, orange, kiwi and melon blend nicely with the coriander and Brett funk from the yeast. Slightly rich and sticky in texture, balanced by the carbonation and juicy fruit notes. Relatively sweet.

Dominated by the Belgian yeast - very ripe banana, orange and melon. Slick and sweet. Some roasted grain.

A thin tan head on a deep brown/black body. The nose starts with damp wood, then rich chocolate, mild coffee and a touch of molasses. Chocolate fudge, dark berries, fresh coffee, almonds, hazelnuts, and warming bourbon are well blended primary tastes. Vanilla, oak and molasses add to the profile. Rich and sticky. The taste thins a touch faster than the great ISs, but this is a really, really good one for a small brewery.

A frothy white head on a slightly murky amber body. Grapefruit, orange and light malt on the nose. Very chewy sweet malt, roasted grain and a mix of light citrus notes including orange, lemon and grapefruit make for a pale ale verging on an IPA. The tastes are fresh and distinct, in a nice balance.

A thin straw body with a fizzy white head. The nose is strong with yeast and spice elements. Belgian yeast leads the taste profile with elements of lavender, cloves and Brett funk adding to the blend. A solid touch of sourness helps keep it refreshing. The texture is a bit thin.

A frothy thick tan head on a creamy near black body. Substantial body, but unfortunately not enough going on taste wise to warrant a top rating. Very soft coffee and mild chocolate, but not enough going on and the taste thins out pretty quickly.
