Breezehill Rosé from Tooth and Nail Brewing Company

Clean with Champagne tiny bubble, active carbonation, a fizzy off-white head, decent stay (as in longer than sparkling wines). A nice thin coats the brew, with a few spots of lacing. Fresh, fruity-berry aromas with Champagne yeast and some sour-funkiness. Gets a little hazy as it pours, and the colour is peach-rosé. The taste shows the berries again with the hibiscus adding a nice touch, perfume-fruity. The mouthfeel is on the thin side, but still full enough for the style. Enough dryness in the end. This does not feel like an 8% ABV beer, but a nice Brut, Champagne-like, with well-blended fruits.

Freshly canned 946ml in front of me at the brewery. Clean, brown colour with amber highlights, a frothy light-beige head, decent retention and big fluffy lacing. Darker cereal malt aromas with woody notes, some caramel and lots of hops cutting the sweetness. The grassy hoppiness continues into the taste, creating a fair dry finish. Not as sweet as the nose, as the darker cereal base stays low in here. A nice, hoppier Brown Ale.

946ml can from the brewery, pouring a golden-amber colour with a slight haze, a frothy off-white head, average retention and some nice full lacing. Fruity aromas with oranges and some caramel malt base and hints of peach. The mouthfeel is wet, but gets quite dry in the finish. Tropical fruit taste with some good grassiness. Quite a nice, big can Pale Ale.

A red copper amber dunkel with a thin creamy mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana cake with smooth bubble fun, dark fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light grassy hops, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Black color and a nice creamy tan head. Malty and roasty Taste, dark coffee. Nice balanced flavors, decent roasty and bitter finish.
