11/3/2025. Bottle pour at Swiat Piwa Beer Shop & Bistro, Krakow. 21 year. Pours clear vibrant amber bronze. Aroma is sweet, intense honey, flowers, dried fruits, thistle, touch of herb, wood, sap. Very sweet without being overbearing. Full bodied, sticky, no carbonation. Exquisite.

Tap. Golden, clear. Aroma: awesome, amontillado sherry, raisins, good white wine, citrus, excellent honey. Sweet taste, lots of honey, very sweet, gingerbread, sherry, warm, very good.

Very bright, flowery, spring time aroma. Heavy sweetness. Nice thick body. I don't see a big effect of oak barrel, maybe a bit woody taste in finish - not very impressive. Not bad, but too sweet for my taste. I prefer dark honey aromas.

Thnx to Jatz ! Pours clear, light yellow. Smell is full, sweet, honey, natural, hints of red fruits even, somehow. Mild spiced. Taste is full, sweet, honey, very natural. Mild booze. Mild spices.

Bottle @White Whale in Warsaw, consumed in Serbia with friends. Orange clear and bright pour, no foam. Nose: loads of balsamic, menthol, honey, vermouth. Mouth: sweet, honey, sugary, wood, resins, complex. A great experience.
