Can at La Yarda, Padova after a 16-17 km cycle ride from Pianiga, Saturday 19th September 2020. Pours clear gold with a white head, clean fresh nose with a little bit of millpond. Soft bubbles, fruity and dry, pretty good Helles.

33cl bottle. Dark deep ebony color, kinda clear, short tan head. Smell malty and toasted. Flavor of toasted malts, maybe oats, earth, peat, nuts, charcoal. Some grass and lime notes in the aftertaste as hops contribution. Taste is malty, juicy, light smoked. Soft carbonation, solid body. Texture is thick, oily, heavy. Finish oily, slick, flavored. Alcohol is moderate, but is there. I'm not in the style but seems pretty solid.

Tap at the pub. Deep dark mahogany color, clear, fine brown head, lacing. Flavors of toasted malts, flower pot earth, grass, traces of lemon zest. Medium body , soft carbonation, mineral finish with some coal and slight sourness while taste is a bit flat yet solid. Nice porter.

Golden color almost clear with some sedimet in the bottle, fine white head. Flavor malty and fruity (pear, apple, banana), with spices, belgian yeast, herbs, dough, wheat. Taste is relatively intense, juicy, tasty, sweet but well wrapped up in the finish. Alcohol presence is noticeable as it warms up. Average carbonation, medium to full body, long finish, smooth, a bit sticky, a bit boozy. A nice tripel.

33cl bottle. Pale color with a frothy white head, persistent, a bit of lacing. Smells hoppy... Flavor is hops juice, maybe in the UK and Citra range, resiny, piney, citrusy, grassy. Less fruity, more on the dry tones. Light malts backing for a much more thicker body than expected, maybe due to oats, not too watery after all. Taste is bitter but not excessive, hops is on the aroma side rather than pure alpha acids. Finish is super dry, clean, flavorful. An ace S.IPA

33cl bottle. I think this starts from their excellent Brando IPA, and elevates it square. This is an 8.3 bomb but not at all heavy. Pours almost clear dark golden with lots of fine particles in suspension, thick white head, plenty of lacing, persistent. Smell hoppy, punchy. Flavor is rich of thick malts and loads of west coast style hops (simcoe, chinhook, citra, columbus), lots of tangerine and grapefruit, bergamot, spices, pepper, lemon zest, grass, leaves. Maybe some starch or remainder of yeast on a slightly muddy note. Taste is intense, malty sugary at fist then a sustained bitterness follows (66 IBU). Massive body, Smooth creamy texture relatively soft carbonation. Finish is long, flavored, resiny, clean, alcoholic but not excessively warming. A slow sipper that gets you stoned, yet fairly easy to drink. An outstanding DIPA from a local brewery, it packs a punch as the label says. Very very nice.
