This rotating fruit beer has a light blond colour. The nose is fruity - raspberry maybe? Passion fruit? It’s pretty vague, but there’s a hint of mint. The body is thin, fruit flavour is the only thing there and even that is weak...mango? apricot?? who knows. Can’t pin it down but this brew is so insipid that’s the only amusement I can generate from it.

Blonde, bright, with a thin head. Slight fresh graininess in the nose. Soft, clean pale malt character. Low bitterness but a gentle hop spiciness. Drinkable, light, but no complaints.

Light golden-amber colour. Moderate dry-hop nose is woody and ganja-like. Light bitterness. Toasty, woody, citrusy hop. Biscuity malts back it up. Classy brew.

Pours a clear copper with a weak off white head. It has a big inviting aroma with a mixture of grapefruit hops and pine hops along with a sticky chewy malty goodness to balance the hoppiness. The aroma also crosses the line into grainy grassy wet hoppiness. The best smelling hoppy beer brewed in Florida for sure. The flavor starts out thick and almost sticky maltiness that’s quickly followed up by heavy handed grapefruit and pine hop bitterness that leans into a grassy wet hop sensation as noticed in the nose. The first half of the taste is pretty much a hop bomb. This big flavor carries for a while and then levels off into the finish with just mild pine hops mixed with medium roasted malts and sweet malts creating excellent balance at the finish and into the after taste. Very nice example of the IIPA style and almost stunning that yes this is a FL beer, land of the sickly sweet skunk lager.

Pours watery thin gold with weak white head. The aroma is medium in strength sending forth notes of malty sweetness, a bit of cereal then grainy and Munich like maltiness. I get just a faint vague hop aroma. I get much more hops and hop bitterness in the taste. I get noble spice and floral hoppiness that lingers around in the middle of sweet and grainy and cereal like maltiness. I get Munich grainy malts into the finish. Tasty sessionable brew.

Pours murky hazy brown with meek off white head. It has a sweet full aroma of candi sugar mixed with some dark fruity esters like plums along with mild spiciness and pepper. The taste seems kind of thin in body to start where it comes across milder than the aroma had suggested. I get a watery prune and date sense along with sweet malts, mild caramel and Belgian candi sugar.

Pours deep brown with an amber hue that has a kind of a frothy mildly firm mocha colored head. Not opaque enough for a stout. The aroma is rich and inviting with burnt notes, malty sweet notes, roasty notes, mild coffee and some velvety chocolate. The taste is roasty malts leaning toward burnt malts and yet balanced by mild some drying and tart malt astringency. About midway it is mostly roasty, burnt and coffee heading into the finish.
