Bottle. Clear golden amber with a white head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma is doughy and faintly boozy with some herbal notes. Taste is along those lines but a bit more rollicking - more presence, but also cruder. Dryish end with alcohol and some herbal bitter notes. Fair enough.

On nitro tap at Yard House, pours a clear copper amber with a small off-white head. Aroma reveals plenty of candi sugar, Belgian yeast, some estery notes, and more sugars. Flavour is not very tripel-like; there's plenty of candi sugar, esters, and chaotic Belgian yeast. Needs more carbonation and higher attenuation of sugars. It's alright, but I'm surprised this is brewed by a Belgian brewery, as it's reminiscent of the many off-base tripels that North American brewers make.

On nitro tap at Yard House, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some candi sugar, moderate Belgian yeasty esters, and cotton candy. Flavour is quite estery, with plenty of cotton candy and fruity esters, some floral Belgian yeast, and alcohol. Somewhat boozy, quite estery, but strong and assertive. Pleasant.
