330ml bottle into shaker. 'Once you go Taco, you never go back-o!' Ahem.... Nose is sweet lime and dark caramel with some woody notes. Golden amber beer with a frothy white head and a little haze. Very lightly carbonated. Nice and viscous. The lime is dominant in this, there is some balancing bitterness and you can notice the corn but the full body makes the sweetness a bit cloying. Some faint coriander is noticeable in the finish. I prefer the 'single' taco.

Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Hazy amber beer with thin white head. Smells like just strained fruit juice. Sharp but not too sweet. Solid body, light taste and feel. Taste and finish is grapefruit. Lingering peppery hops right at the end. Contemplative and interesting.

From a 500ml bottle on 24/9/2018. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a medium head. Has a typical NEIPA nose - lots of fruit and zest. The taste begin with peach, melon and pineapple, but it's the sharp, lemony, grapefruity bitterness which ultimately dominates proceedings. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. I started out not liking it much, but it grew on me a bit as I got through it. It's pretty full on flavour wise, but the finish is just a little too aggressive to make it a real winner.

Tap, Fifth Province. Very dark brown, small beige head that doesn't last. Bready, spicy and unexpectedly roasty aroma. Lightish bodied. Perhaps a few hints of grapes and berries, but mainly roast and spices. Finish is really quite bitter. Expected it to be a fruity bitter with some Kiwi hops but it's more Old Ale with punchy spices.
