Keg at Hotel Røros, Røros. A gentle kind of IPA that didn't really go anywhere but remained easy and pleasant enough.

330ml can [courtesy of Claudius - thank you very much!]. Opalescent, amber colour with average to huge, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Resinous, piney and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of grapefruit, pineapple, orange, minimal jelly bear character. Taste is moderately bitter, citrusy fruity, slightly piney and resinous hoppy, pale and caramel malty basis with some residual sweetness, minimally diluted notes of lemon, pineapple, some grapefruit; bitter hoppy, slightly mineral finish.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, relatively meaty, paradigmatically West Coast style - very nice.

330ml can [courtesy of Claudius - thanks!]. Clear, darkest brwon colour with ruby shimmer and small to average, creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and slightly roasty, minimally grainy-bready, dark malty aroma, notes of caramel and malt lozenge, a touch of pumpernickel. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, slightly roasty, minimally ashy and minimally bready, dark malty as well as mildly bitter and minimally fruity hoppy, initial notes of malt lozenge and caramel, also a touch of pumpernickel; roasty, almost ashy middle part, return of caramel sweetness in the finish; mild hop bitterness throughout, sporadically a touch of blueberry, minimally metallic overtones with a touch of blood and iron.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft, creamy carbonation.
Relatively complex, a tad heterogeneous, though - pretty decent.

330ml can [courtesy of Claudius - thanks!]. Clear, amber colour with small to average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, malty and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, minimally strange and artifical overtones of vanilla, hundreds and thousands, lipstick, whiffs of butter. Taste is slightly grainy, malty and mildly bitter, slightly grassy hoppy, slightly dry woody, minimally buttery overtones.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation.
A tad strange, rather monotonous - meh!

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet; Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.2%. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Moderate beige head. Aroma of dark malts, cocoa / chocolate and mild coffee, hints of Christmas spices. Tolerable flavour, a bit too sweet, with the same elements as the aroma. Hints of prunes and other dark fruits. Some bittering hops in the finish. Okay.

Can @ home. Black body under a nice, big, lacing beige head. Mild aroma of gentle roasted dark malt with hint of chocolate and coffee. Taste is sweet, dark, smooth roasted malt, dark chocolate and hint of coffee. Low bitterness. The oak impact is discrete; it’s almost just like a mild spice but I think that’s a good idea in this case. All over a really nice beer, balanced in flavor and body. Relly, really soft and smooth with plenty of flavors.
