Bottle from Domus Birrae, Rome. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma is well hopped, fruity, notes of peach, passion fruit and citrus. Medium sweetness and biterness. Medium bodied, good level of carbonation. Finish of hoppy bitterness. Enjoyable.

Cloudy yellow golden colour, good two finger frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pale malts, fruity (orange, lemon), light pine, floral hops. Mild taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrusy, piney. Dry bittersweet finish, citrusy; medium body, smooth mouthfeel, oily texture, soft carbonation, fresh and pleasant pale ale.
