Tap @ Fermentoren Aarhus as "Seta Special", 5%. Hazy pale yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, spices, coriander and hop. Flavour is malt, wheat, spices, yeast, lemon, coriander, zest, hop, little sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ benzai. Clear very pale golden colour with a very small white head. Smells bergamot, soapy, potpourri, toilet refreshner. Tastes herbs, bergamot, sweet. Doesn’t taste too soapy. Slightly ginger taste, liked the pickled ginger you eat with sushi. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Clear very pale golden color, very small white head that diminishes instantly. Smell and taste lightly malts, very herbal, soapy, guess it’s the bergamot. Not my thing at all.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon drop, lemon zest, minimally grassy, spicy hints of hay and lemongrass, pale malty background. Taste is mildly bitter hoppy, citrusy, minimal lemon juice tartness, hints of lemongrass, lemon zest, Limoncello echoes. Simple, nice, lemon-focused.
