Description
The Birrificio Rurale was born in 2009 from the idea of five beer enthusiasts who wanted to find the agricultural origins of beer in an area with a strong rural vocation. in mid-2012 we started planning to move. At the beginning of 2013, we started production in our new brewery, after more than three years of work and gaining experience, we decided to continue on our path by moving to a place that would allow us to manage the growing demand with greater control. Definitely less romantic than the previous premises, the new headquarters in Desio is much more functional and will allow us to offer you an increasingly constant and quality product.

Deutlich hopfiger Antrunk mit Noten von Gemüse. Nass hopfig, mild bitter. Leicht fruchtig, intensiv grasig. Gut, aufgrund der Hopfennoten aber gewöhnungsbedürftig! 11/12/12/12//12

Bottle from @Domus birrae in Rome, pours dark brown /black with a medium brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate. Taste is a bit thin, a lot of dry coffee and roasted malts, powder chocolate, medium body, low co2. Well indeed it's a dry stout as the classification says. A lot of taste for a 4.2% beer... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
