Our traditional corked ciders are all 100% pur juice, naturally sparkling and unpasteurized to preserve the fruity flavors.
Our apple expertise led us to develop apple juices. Still or sparkling our recipes are also 100% pur juice but to preserve the product longer those are pasteurised.
In 2021, Mr Le Brun set a new challenge for the company, developping a range of craft beers (Cornemuse and La Môme de Paris) that would match our passion for great beverages.

330ml bottle from Bieres et Chopes near Nantes. Pours orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of flora, lemon, herbs & hops. Moderate body. Light bitter finish. Enjoyable

Bottle. Orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some apples, mild honey and a bit melon tones with some slight tannins and miinerals. Flavour is sweetish tart apples, some wooden tones with mild tartish tones. Nicely dry biting palate. A bit dried fruity sweetness in the finish. Interesting cider.

75cl bottle. Pours a clear, bright golden yellow, medium effervescence. Aroma is distinctly floral, with sweet apple fruit. Extremely floral sweet flavour profile compared to the le brun artisanal doux, perhaps a hint of elderflower, grape, sweet apple juice. Decent.

Bottle picked up in Carrefour. Darkish red with a short head. Aroma of wood and apples, flavour along the same lines, tart sweet funky finish

75 cl. bottle shared with Rick @ Rick. Clear light amber with a white frothy head. Cardamon aroma with some citrus as well. Sweet taste with a proper bitter finish. Cardamon is too pronounced but interesting as well.

opalescent dark golden to orange colour, half inch of creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of floral, fruity-apple peel/pear, some orange, tangerine, toffee, slight vanilla and buttery notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with definite hoppy bitterness and oily-resiny mouthfeel; correct one
