Taste at Trail's End. Pours black, with a small, dense, foamy, tan head. The aroma is strong caramel, light salt, milk chocolate, and chalk. Sweet and malty, with a mild bitterness. Light to medium body, with a creamy, frothy palate. This is a pretty solid porter.

Taster at Colorado Plus. Pours a clear, copper color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The aroma is honeysuckle, strong almond, pine, and white sugar. Sweet and sugary, with a sharp bitterness. Nailed the Amaretto. Tasty and unique.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a light beige head. Bourbon, oak, sweet malts, caramel. Honestly, pretty standard for a barrel-aged beer and pretty disappointing. Just too much barrel which hides the underlying beer.

As a prostate cancer survivor I am loving the Pints for Prostates cap. Nose is coffee, roast, cocoa nibs, and a hint of vanilla. Black with a medium, lightly lacing, cinnamon tan head. Flavor is lightly sweet milk chocolate with hints of coffee and vanilla. Body is lightly syrupy.
