Hazy blond color. Nice fruity aroma: passion fruit, similar to some nice white grape. Sweetish flavor; passion fruit, but too artificial; drinkable candies. Reasonable soft drink.

Cloudy light yellow color. Horrible artificial smell of honey and citrus fruits. Very sweet, bad quality honey, a perfume of citrus fruits, camomile. A nightmare.

This was labeled as Floris Apple WIt at Piper’s Pub in Pittsburgh where I had this one on draft. It poured a cloudy pale yellow color with a small white head. There was a strong apple juice aroma. The flavor was sweet strong apple with a hint of banana and spice underlying. The finish was surprisingly dry given how sweet the front was. Pretty darn tasty.

2008-09-16, draught at Cockney Pub, Århus, 7-3-7-3-14=34
Hazy blond color, thin head. The aroma has a mild fruitness, the smell of wet leaves in autumn, fresh chestnuts, half hay - half grass. Good body, not thick yet powerful, dry malt flavor, enough bitterness in the end. Interesting, for once on tap.
2005-02-28, bottle, 5-3-7-3-13=31
Golden color, poor head. Simple aroma, with some alcohol. Quite sweet, but not malty; a bit oily and fruity; high ending bitterness. Drinkable Ale, with no soul.

Hazy blond color; big frothy head. The aroma is quite simple, with yeast and too much carbon dioxide. Weak mouthfeel, yeasty; ends with chemicals and a metallic note, and high bitterness. I prefer eating Quinua as a cereals soup… Odd.

Muddy reddish-amber colour. One-dimensional strawberry aroma and flavour. Ultra sweet. Like jam on toast in a bottle.
