Finally it has returned, also I have returned! Huge jalapeno nose, tangy sweet flavor of mostly honey East bank with hints of the jalapeno and a nice hint of spice. Lovely! Will pop a bottle one day with Mexican food and it'll be amazing.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Puckering tart raspberries, red fruits, light funk and oak. Lots of raspberries throughout. Tart and medium sour, highly drinkable and refreshing.

A hazed dirty rose saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light berries, plums, light acidity, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, plums, light acidity, light Brett, very nice.

Pint Can. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a big foamy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is strong with grasses, rye and a bit of guava. The taste is light citrus, grasses, breads and a bit of rock candy. The palate is light and crisp. Finishes medium in duration, dry and bitter-sweet. Overall: Really nice pils, I enjoyed it. The can's label says its a west coast style Pilsener--not sure that is a recognized style.. Paired well with gruyere cheese.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy orang gold with small white head. The aroma is grass, citrus, wood. Slick body, lemon, grass, wood, funk, enjoyed this.
