Bottle, huge thanks HP! Apricot-apple aroma, soft, bit yeasty, spicy, some fennel, light barrel and alcohol. Lean taste, alcohol, creamy peachy, clean but so damn boozy. Not sure what to think, impressive, tasty and seriously no.

Bottle, BF 2018. (thanks Eddan) Black with a small tan head. Dark malt, chocolate, rum, licorice and some wood. A bit old but still a pleasant one.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of exotic fruits, lemons, spices, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a brown head. Unclean gluey nose and unfortunately very little Bourbon. Solid, roasty body with some licorice. But way too dry, lacking some residual sweetness. The wood impact is faint and what there is is unclean. Simply too poor a base beer and a no good barrel. 131123

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a light brown head. Intense boozy Cognac aroma, some unclean glue as well - overpowering the roastiness of the base beer. Solid body, but not overwhelmingly so. Dry roastiness with some licorice notes, but also an unclean, gluey barrel aging with a fusty edge. that isn't really doing anything good for the beer. Too dry, too unclean. Pity. 131123

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an oiy thick and black with a small, creamy, light brown head. Sweet coconut aroma. Medium body, dry, spicy roastiness. Again coconut with a slight tartness. Dry finish. A somewhat odd Coconut Stout, but not unpleasant. 301023
