Bottle, at the brewpub. An almost clear one, dark amber in color and with a creamy finger thick light beige head. Malt driven aroma with caramel and some dried fruits. A faint malty sour touch as well. Caramel, dried fruits and a little hint of bitterness in the flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. Caramel, paler malts and some prunes in the finish. Easy drinkable, far from bad, but a tad boring I think. 140402

Bottle, at the brewpub. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a dense white head that lasts. Tropical fruits, pine cones and some pale malts in the aroma. Medium to full body and a soft carbonation. Moderate bitterness with a little malty sweetness. Tropical fruits too, lasting for a while. Tasteful and easy drinkable, an all-nighter. 140502

0.75l corked bottle. Oh, it's quite a loud beer this. Lots of fizzing sounds when pouring it in to the glass. A nice huge really fluffy white head quickly forms over a cloudy orange looking body. A thirst the nose is soft yeasty with floral tones all the way. A little bit of green apple, some coriander spicy hints and straws. Doesn't smell bad at all. Yeah, it it quite lively on the bubbles as suspected, and feels mild and oily in the mouth. More yeast on the taste, but it's not disturbing. I get a taste of the sweetness found in sour green not ripe plums, floral tones, light bright candied sugar and a little alcohol in the finish. Is there some spices in this as well? Almost like it has a little peppery prickling on the back of the tongue along side with the yeast and alcohol. The aftertaste is almost a little salty in a cowberry way. Quite a nice one, not bad at all with lasagna. 29.01.2014

Duft av friske citrusfrukter og appelsin. Dunkel gulbrun farge. Tyint skum, noe heng langs kant. Frisk smak av citrus og appelsin. Drikkes gjerne igjen.

Shared 750ml corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet Oslo Vika. Good shot and smoke when opened. Pours a solid white head with fine duration on top of a hazy, golden-orange coloured body. Semi-dry smell of herbs, earth and fruits. Succulent fruity flavours up front followed by honey sweetness, a spicy touch and a little tartness towards the ending. Foamy in the mouth. Medium bodied and quite easy to drink. Likable, without greater enthusiasm (at Finns place in Tromsø, 09.04.2014).
