On tap at the brewpub. A lightly hazy one, reddish in colour and with a dense light beige head of moderate size. Pleasant oak in the aroma, with caramel, dried fruits and a hint of booze. Resins and some citrus too, but sort of subdued. Guess age is a factor here. Full body and a soft carbonation, some warmth. Quite bitter in the mouth, with caramel malts, dried fruits and some oak. Lasting finish. A pity this is more or less gone. Lovely. 140402
