Description
We are committed with excellent beer!
If we must, without profit... but always excellent beer!
Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.
At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

On tap @ ARTBEERFEST 2017. Predominant hop aroma with notes of tropical fruit (grapefruit, citrus) with a mild malt background. Yellow greenish color and murky. médium creamy white head with good retention. Flavor similar to the aroma (hop - grapefruit) with neutral malt. médium-high bitterness with a bitter finish. Palate is medium-high and creamy with médium carbonation. a very nice NEIPA-like beer.

Dark red colour with massive foaming pink head. Aroma has sweet red fruit sugars with the cherry coming through well. Flavour is fairly mild. More cherry juice than cherry stone which is a good thing.

330 ml. bottle sampled thanks to tderoeck! @ LIBF 2017. Man, that label. Orange golden with little white head. Uhm? Blond Doppelbock? Little white head. Nose is dull oily vegetable, grain, sugar. Taste is awful vegetable, oil, chemical, sweet, green apple. Body is vegetable oil. Really not a fan.

33cl bottle shared at LIBF, thanks Tderoeck. BB 12/2017.
