Description
We are committed with excellent beer!
If we must, without profit... but always excellent beer!
Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.
At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

Ooh, Portugal just scored a goal in that Euro thing. The crowd’s kinda goin nuts. This pours with great urgency, huge head, and a jet black body. Has a soft aroma of barley but little more. Flavour is lots of barley with a warming from the huge alcohol but rather simple. Still it’s not cloying given the high abv. Middling on the mouth. It’s not a bad brew but lacking in complexity.
