Tap at Scumm, Pescara, Italy. Pours pale gold, medium transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is intensely citrus, orange peel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly bitter. A lemony feeling becomes rather dominant over time, also in the final.

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours dark golden, fairly brilliant, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal and herbaceous, a little bit of honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with some underlying sweet. Final is average.

18/6/2025. Can from Arbiter Bibendi, Pescara. Pours hazy pale orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, orange, citrus, grassy, green, touch herbal and rubbery. Starts quite sweet with developing bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Not bad.

16/6/2025. Draft at Shaka Brew, Pescara, Abruzzo. Pours clear deep amber brown with a frothy off-white head. Good pour. Aroma is malted, chocolate, slightly chalky, dried fruits, dates. A little sweet, with coffee and cooking chocolate notes, moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Likeable dunkel.

Tap at Brustok 2025. Goldenish body, off-white head. Huh... DMS and/or vegetal-driven, otherwise Saazy-floral dry aroma. Sadly, vegetal notes in the taste as well, a bit floral, ending excessively dry as well. Sadly, not clean, but not in a "not-clean-in-a-good-way-CZ-pils" way. Sadly, this one didn't come out exactly right, even being slightly generous with the score here.

Bottiglia. Un territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di consistenza trasparente e anche qui le bollicine sono grandi. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Sul palato si attestano impressioni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e mandarino.

Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara e lime.

Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso orzo tostato, caffè e cioccolato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore color marrone rossastro ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio Oriente. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano sentori di miele, cioccolato, caffè, nocciola, frutta secca e agrumi.
