Flaske 0,5l spandert av Rune og delt under rateseanse i WCveien 4 Okt 12. Mørk brun. Veldig høyt kremaktig skum som klamrer seg til glasset. Skummet varer. God sitrusaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken er sitron. Tilløp til malt. Greit øl men ikke noe typisk brown ale.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Hansen & Zita for this bottle! Pitch black color, leaves stains on the glass. Aroma full of roastiness, some coffee, a bit of burnt rubber, and a bit alcohol. Very sweet sugary flavor, burnt, with chocolate and coffee. Full-bodied. Maybe slightly too sweet, but still a good dessert-like Imperial Stout.

From tap at Ølbaren. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and caramelish. Toasted malty, overripe fruity and light yeasty. Vague vanilla, chocolate and fruity, strange, seems slight off. Dry malty finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with foamy white head. Aroma is resin, grapefruit and strawberries. Taste is heavy bitter and light sweet. Body is light oily with good carbonation. Finish is a bit short but very bitter with notes of grapefruit, lime and nuts.

En flaska från SB. Orange, dimmig vätska, kompakt småbubbligt vitt skum. Saisonjäst i doft men sina syrliga och unkna drag, plus fruktkompott på mango, aprikos och limezest. Fruktig, belgiska estrar, rejäl limeskalsbeska. Frisk, fruktig och besk i den ordningen och riktigt välgjord. Men första stronzo. Erkänner att jag varit skeptisk men är de så här godda så javisst!

En riktigt fin belgisk ale. Smak av mango, citrus, örter, persika och belgisk jäst. Saisonkänsla med bra skum och trevliga bubblor. Välbalanserad.
