Sample at Bob's Bar. Clear yellow-straw color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hop, zesty citrus and bready malt. The finish is dry and moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

This 3$ can from giant eagle, the large bird of prey, pours hazy pale. Smells like any other mild hoppy well behaved IPA perfume. But then, the taste experience ensures: Rototiller my mug. Explosive to the lips. Incendiary in my maw. Blockbuster bombshell of the muzzle. Torpedo my trap. Assault on my kisser. Strafing my chops. An attack of the bazoo. Melting the yap. A blitz on a gateway. Diesel causing dickface. Raiding the puss. A bundle of bitter in the mush. Melting the pie hole. Maxzilla on the visage. Fiasco of my countenance. Debacle of the mandible. A shipwreck in the gullet. What else can be said about a terribly on style, warming sensations, mouth-coating, rude one sided hoppy ass awakening. Whew. Please, get me a cheap cold macro pale lager, or two, for a chaser. Yeeeeow. BTW, I think I’m reeling & giddy by the bottom of the can. Heheheehhhh.

Pour is a murky brown with a large white head. Aroma is a little dark fruit but a big vinegar. Flavor is a little dark fruit brown ale malt with some tart fruit. Finish leaves a little sweetness on the tongue. Better than the triple but still not a world class dubbel.

Pour is a cloudy blond with a large white head. Aroma is a neutral malt with a little white grape not much of a yeast ester. Flavor is a little estery funk with some white grape and finishes very dry. This was lacking a bit of oomph. Not a big yeast ester or that creamy mouthfeel from Belgian triples. Worth a try for $5 a corked bottle but not one of the better triples I've ever had.

Copper with thick beige lacing. Bitter pineapple? and grapefruit. Pairs really well with cheesesteak eggrolls 😋Nice malt in the end topped with a clean hop

12 oz. bottle from Wegman's. Murky, orange color, with a small, bubbly, grey head. The aroma is tangerine, orchid, spruce, and butterscotch. Sweet and sugary and juicy, with a mild, zesty bitterness. Medium body, chewy, and a bit acidic. A bit hard and aggressive, but pretty nice.
