draft at the airport in Des Moines - Pours hazy yellow with a small lingering white head. It smells of citrus, bananas, wheat, and spice. The flavor is sweet malt with citrus and ample coriander. This brew is light bodied, a little on the watery side, and finishes with a touch of bitterness. Not bad.

ha ha, now i get it. its note a clone of another ale, its a cyclone, check out the label. smell is firstly sweet. big blast on taste buds that has enough bitterness to be an imperial something but just slightly enouph hops to be an IPA. strong and bitter with eacfh slug, certainly more than yer typical american pale ale, heheh. looks like a darker slightly hazy pale yellow. oily at times as its rolling across the tongue. finish is bitter medicine, yep really more than a APA. Big thanks to probiere, geat trader!

Nice label! Makes me wonder about the flavors. Big thanks to probiere for this trade, a great trader! Gunk on bottom of bottle. Looks like a weizenboch. Clean beery aroma. No head, just a simple beer scum top. Malty choco caroub with a tad of bitterness. Seems to have a light alky concentration. eventually, during the session some bitterness begins to build on the back of the throat but never really quite gets there. Decent amount of cutting CO2. Rich malty caroub finish. Thanks!

Growler @ KC Biermeisters HB competition. This beer is all chocolate but it isn’t cheap chocolate. Very sweet, very strong cocoa as well. The underneath beer is sweet malts to add to the sweet dessert beer character. No off flavors, just a sweet adjunct beer.

Draft shaker at Olde Main. Light as any Bud in appearance, with a thin layer of foam. Light beer smell as expected. Taste does show some sufficient malts. I pick up some fruit impressions, but that may be from the leon beer I spilled on myself before this one.

Draft shaker with lemon slice. Can’t say too much for it. Pale yellow pour, thin head. Too much lemon in the smell. Still, taste is somewhat agreeably like what you’d expect from a beer with lemonade, a decent radler.

Big thanks goes out to CanIhave4beers for this unique sample! Pour is a darker orange brwn with a tad of sediment from the bottom of the bottle. Aroma is a tad sweet with some floral hoppy notes. No head on this brew and even tho there is some creamy signs of continuos carbonation within. Comes across rather viscous and strong. The ABV is not listed here but I would guess around 6%. Has a fun tartness about which I really appreciate. Interesting and fun even tho there is this bitter malt or hop background that keeps lurking around. Has some interesting choco malt feel in there too. Quite a complex beer. Citrusy creamy sizzle for carbonation on the palate. Fun luvin and friendly. Finish is a tad bitter and it has a medium linger to it, this is probably the only drawback that a lager lover would have with this beer. Very good experience overall.

Big thanks to canIhave4beers for this unique brew! Nice wheat and belgie aroma. Looks like any other decent hefe, brownish and cloudy and such. A wheat beer taste with some tartness in there, I like that. Not a whole lotta carbonation but does still have that tart personality. Finsih is a tad weak because of the lack of carbonation but overall a good time. Very easy to drink and easy to enjoy, a very nice beery experience. If it had a tad more carbonation, may have been a 4. THANKS! Better conatct andy for a trade on this one! No bitter aftertaste on this one.

12 oz bottle courtesy of heemer77. Pour is clear mahogany ruby brown with a 1 1/2 inch off white head. Aroma of carrots and vegetables that are a little off. Some dusty malt behind that. Peanut / peanut oil is present in the nose as well. Not a real good nose. Taste is nutty sweet malt, some weird chemical fruit deal going on, finish has buttery almond to it. Pretty weird tasting, though not unpleasant like the nose. Palate is thin medium, a bit oily. To be fair to Eric, he did warn me!

Draft, at Olde Main. All the beers here have a fresh, grainy smell in the samplet tray. I’m told this one was just put on. It has a very fruity taste and smell, light ring of foam around the glass. Really not much in pils taste, which is a problem with many brewpubs. Taste is nice, but I have to ding it for not being close to style.
