Tap at Pig Minds. Brown body, respectable beige head. Smoky caramel toffee aroma. Rather mild, almost undercarbonated. Dry on the palate, maybe a touch of roastiness. Very smoke forward, the body is a little hollow though, doesn’t back it up much. Fresh vibrant flavors nonetheless. OK. Sessionable and clean.

Draft. Pours a clear copper with a half finger of white head. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit. Taste is medium bitter. Loads of citrus and grapefruit with a good dose of tropical fruit. Lively carbonation and a super long finish. Overall,awesome. This may be one of my new favorites.

Draft at pigminds. Pours a slightly hazy dark brown with a half finger of khaki head. Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate and caramel. Taste is light bitter. Toasty coffee with caramel and chocolate. Full bodied with a creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a very long finish. Awesome overall, definitely another winner here.

Tap at Pig Minds. Opaque black body, mayeb a hint of brown. Steady, creamy beige head. A really well done, creamy chocolate stout. A touch sugary and extravagant, but grounded too. Roasty, lots of chocolate depth. Solid offering. Quality.

Tap at Pig Minds. A pretty unique Belgian Pale Ale. Unfiltered orange-brown. Bright white head, creamy. Clean, doughy, with a nice melon hop touch. Well executed, fresh, zesty.

Draft @ pig minds. Pours black with a finger of tan head. Aroma of vanilla, bourbon and slight coffee and chocolate. Taste is light bitter. Vanilla, bourbin, oak, coffee and dark chocolate. Full bodied with a creamy texture and lively carbonatiin and a decently long finish. Overall, very good. Another winner from pigminds.

Draft @ pig minds. Pours a dark reddish amber with mininal head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, oak and fruity red berries. Taste is light tart. Berries, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Full bodied with a slightly thick texture. Lively carbonation and a super long, very warming finish. Overall, awesome. I could live off this beer.
