Big fan of this place, enjoyed on draft at Ballpark Brew Fest in Schaumburg, IL. Huge notes of espresso, chocolate, and lactose. Appearance is dark. Taste is dark. Review is dark. So dark.

Draft at the source. Pours a hazy dark orange with a finger of thick off-white head. Aroma of citrus and a hint of pine. Taste is similar. Medium bitter with resin and citrus. Just a slight hint of peach in the finish. Medium bodied with a surprisingly creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Another great brew.

Draft at the source. Pours a very dark amber, almost an oaky brown with a finger of khaki head. Aroma is fruity and nutty with a hint of caramel. Taste is similar with a nice hoppy finish. Very good.

Draft at the source. Pours a hazy dark orange with a half finger of off-white head. Aroma of citrus and caramel. Taste is similar. Orange and citrus with a hint of caramel and some spicy Belgian yeast in the finish. Full bodied with a nice creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a very long finish. Awesome.

On tap and growler. Amber brown body. Nice mulled cherry tones, brown malt. Very nice cherry brown ale. Really pleasant, natural cherry tones. Pepper adds a unique balance.

Draft. Pours a slightly cloudy dark orange with a half finger of white head. Aroma of light citrus fruit and bready malt. Taste is light sweet. Bread and caramel start with loads of grapefruit coming in at the end. Light bodied with a slick yet somewhat thick texture. Lively carbonation and a super long finish. Overall, awesome. If this were bottles I would drink cases of it over the summer.

Tap at Pig Minds. Snifter pour. Thick unfiltered orange-brown body. Lacy white head. Earthy, medium body. Some banana tones in there for sure, tropical undertones as well. Dry spiciness. Pretty nice stateside example, not really so in line with Dupont. Sort of odd, but not a spice bomb. OK.

Tap at Pig Minds. Hazy tan-orange body. Orange-banana-clove flavors, dry earthy wheat. Sort of a White IPA, but with an American yeast strain. Clean and fresh like most Pig Minds beer. Medium to full bodied. Decent flavor, hoppier than a typical American Wheat for sure. Dry, zest, well done. THe orange peel isn’t a bonus, adding an artificial sweetness.
