Very hazy golden coloured body with a nice three to four centimetre tall pure white head that fades very quickly. Aroma of dry wheat, light bread, yeast, coriander seed, some bubble gum and a big hit of the banana esters that come from the yeasts as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong banana and pure yeast flavour dominate in a good way with a lot of sweet bubble gum and dry wheat notes with some good sweetness, a dry herbal bite and more of the crisp wheat notes that gives this a good complexity, while being very easy-drinking. Aftertaste is crisp, yet very soft from the yeast and wheat throughout with a good coriander seed freshness and some sweetness from the bubble gum. Overall, a very nice and refreshing german hef from deep in Florida to do well against the heat down here, even around the turn of the New Year! Ever so slightly hazy golden and peach coloured body with a plain, two to three centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of crisp grapefruit, lemons, pine and some floral hops with a lot of grainy malt noticeable and a heavy dose of resin and pure sugars towards the end of the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grapefruity and lemon flavours up front with a lot of alpha acids from the hops that end in some malty and crisp alcohol and sweetness flavours towards the end. Aftertaste is bitter from the hops in an old school IPA type of way, with a good balance from the malts, which support this nicely. Overall, a crisp, citrusey and well-balanced IPA that shows some nice bitter hops through the alpha acids without any of the 'new school' flavour characteristics that are fruity, juicy or tropically, and that's an okay thing. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Naples, Florida on 28-December-2020 for US$2,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Sanibel, Florida on 29-December-2020.

I've seen this listed as a Vienna lager, but it's not. 12 oz. can bought at Total Wine - Melbourne, FL. Pours a crystal clear straw yellow color with a white head and good retention. Decent lacing. Soft Helles lager aroma. Simple light, pale malt lager flavor. Lightly bready. Crisp yet soft mouthfeel. Light body. Light beer flavor. Not bitter.

On tap at Wakefest. Pours black with medium beige head. The aroma is roast, cocoa, rum, faint pineapple. Slick body, roast, pineapple cream, boozy finish, very good.
