I had a really nice experience with this beer, sharing that with my wife, roasted malt, coffee, malt, oat, dry and mineral, 13.01.18, at the bar of the brewery at Barranco, Lima.

It is a tasty pale ale, on the American way, again a bit watery, decently hoppy, american hop, dry and citrus, 13.01.18, at Barranco, Lima

It is a regular lager, a bit watery but it is much better than a cristal or cusqueña, malty, bready and decently hoppy, 13.01.18, at the bar of this brewery.

It is a classical IPA, not the best one but fully drinkable, a bit watery, it coud developp more aromas, average, 13.01.08, drinking it at the Barranco Beer.Company, Lima and drinking it at Collique, Comas.

It is a regular IPA, classical, I could say a bit watery for the style, decently citrus and refreshing, 13.01.2018, directly at the bar of this brewery, in Barranco, last trip in Peru, on the heaven to have something else than a cristal or callao, perfect ipa with a great Peruvuan food, chimpum Callao.

Bottle 0.33l, many thanks to chief lady from the brewery. Two years aged. Seems clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- honey, liquor, chocolate, raisins, prunes, black carob syrup. FLAVOR- velvety, a bit sweet, moderately bitter, very slightly chilli hot, warming, liquor, cocoa, carob syrup, slight touch of chilli pepper. Full bodied.
Very nice peruanísima stuff.

Bottle. Pours black with a small white head. Aroma is very vegetal, some chili, dark malts, cacao. Medium to full body. Flavour is sweet, very thick mouthfeel, smokey, intense roast notes, again lots of vegetal notes, a bit herbal and a surprisingly warm spice note from the chili. Bitterness mostly vegetal. Odd, not bad, not great either.

Bottle 0.33l, trade with staff from Barranco Beer Company, many thanks! Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- low, citrus, malt, apricot. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, malt, pale plums, cake crumb. Medium to fuller bodied. Pretty average.

Bottle 0.33l, trade with staff from Barranco Beer Company, many thanks! Lightly cloudy, dark amber colored. AROMA- low, dark grapes, strawberry, plums, cherry. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, the same as aroma, gooseberry. Medium to fuller bodied. Good.

Taster at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- toasted malts, berries, pale plums, caramel. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, fruity, toasted, floral. Medium bodied. Not bad.
