Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Cask at Craft Beer Co St. Giles - London. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. The nose holds tangy citrus fruits, restrained pale bread. Light sweet flavour with more off-tasting citrusy tang, some pale grains, straw, lemon rind. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes with yet more tangy citrus, low sweetness, minimal bitterness. Doesn’t really taste right. Must be the condition, as I expect a lot more of SW.

Keg at Euston Tap West Lodge. It pours hazy orange with a small white head. The aroma is a bit farty initially, egg sandwich, toasty grain, orange peel, tangerine and floury bread. The taste is crisp, dry, decent bitterness, a bit green, grassy, bready, biscuit malt, pithy, zesty orange, tangerine, light spice and straw with a dry, zesty finish. Light+ body and moderate carbonation. Aroma is a bit sketchy, but taste is decent. Okay. Would like to retry.

330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, dark malty and slightly funky aroma, fruity hints of morello, plums and blue grapes with a spicy touch, notes of chocolate, coffee, mocha, ice cups (Eiskonfekt). Taste is slightly sweet, roasty dark malty, notes of coffee, mocha, dark chocolate, hints of vanilla, a touch of morello, plum, blue grapes, red wine; slightly prickling carbonation alleviates the viscous texture and minimally sticky palate. The nose delivered some evidence of infection, that hasn’t been verified in taste, at least not by any sign of tartness; nevertheless the vinous touch and the blue grape flavours seem to be unintended - or, this may be an alternative explanation, are due to the Kopi Luwak. Quite interesting in the end.

From 33cl bottle. Pours amber with limited white foam. Aroma is sweet and fruity, very pleasant. Body is medium-light with fairly low carbonation. Taste has low sweetness and some bitterness, not intense. In general, taste is much weaker than aroma. Somehow disappointing, but after all it’s a session IPA... Finish is short enough.
