Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Half-pint shared with Finn at Piccadilly Tap. A warm golden body under a covering white head. Crocheted lacing on the glass. Modest smell of lemony hops, mid-dry. Rather fresh hop fruity taste of orange and lemon. Restrained bitterness to the ending. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (Manchester 05.10.2018).

Can. Hazy deep gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, medium sweet. Idaho 7 hops - mmmm, I'm a fan! Light pine and hop spice. Lovely tropical fruits that have a vague skittles and opal fruits vibe but without the sugary sweetness. Light semi dry finish leaves a little nibbly spice lingering on. Idaho 7. Yeah!

Can. Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazed, medium gold. Blotchy foam of white. Nose has orange squash. Peach and pineapple. Hint of pine. Brioche like malts. Taste is sweet and fruity, with a decent heft of sappy, oily bitterness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Oily on the palate. Lingering oily bitterness to finish. Tasty gear.

On keg at Cloisters. Appearance - golden amber with a nice lacy head and a slight haze. Nose - lime and mango. Pine too. Taste - light resin but then into tropical and citrus again. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture. The finish is dry and quite long given.the low ABV. Overall - very good.

Can from Salt Horse. Hazy golden/amber body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine, grapefruit and orange. Flavour of menthol, green tea and grapefruit. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Bitter and vibrantly hoppy. I think this is the first time I’ve tried Idaho 7 hops - I’m a big fan.
