Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Keg at the beer shop St Albans. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is nice gummy bears, jelly babies, icing sugars, orange, pale grains. Flavour is composed of Clean Base grains, wheat, jammy orange, spicy citrus, jelly babies, grainy. Palate is frothy airy carbonation, crisp finish.

Can. Bier Huis, Ossett. Orange gold. Light haze. Blotchy, lasting, white head. Nose has Jelly Babies (thanks James, below, for that one!). Ripe citrus. Big hit of white grape hoppage. Clean malt backdrop. Taste is tangy, vinous bitterness. Fairly drying. Medium body. Bright carbonation. More of the twangy bitterness to finish.

Can from Salt Horse. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon, orange and Jelly Babies. Flavour of underripe pineapple, Jaffa Cake and green hops. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. This is buzzing with hops. Loved this.

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours clear golden, nose is pineapple, musty toffee, grassy, lychee, taste is sweet, juicy pineapple, lychee, rose.

Can from Hopology, Lincoln. hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma citrus and light tropical. Taste mid bitter, medium body.

Cask at the Euston tap. Ruby red amber coloured pour with a lasting beige head. Aroma is nutty coco puffs, nutty brown malts, cola.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, nutty choc, woodland berry.. Palate is semi sweet lowish carbonation z decent cask condition. Very nic mild.
