Description
Since our inception on a commercial scale in 2008 we have evolved as a brewery immeasurably.
The Brewery has moved up several gears in the past 12 months & is now growing at an alarming rate!

We as a team have grown with the brewery. Started in 2008 with Directors James Farran, Andy Baker & Meyrick Kirk the brewery now has a fulltime drayman, a head brewer, a managing director & soon to be further additions to the team.

We are a brewery with an extreme passion & a strong identity, our beers are unapologetically flavour forward in nature, hop & malt laden beers that challenge today's modern beer lover. Beers with heart, soul & raging personality.

In the coming years we plan to continue to grow by fervently pushing the boundaries of what is possible when brewing beer, to excite you the deserving beer connoisseur who should settle for nothing less than than beers that excite & ensare your senses. We invest heavily in our beers with LOTS of the very best ingredients, why settle for beers that don't?

Cask at Euston Tap. Blond and clear with almost no head. Aroma is grapefruit pineapple bit b.o. hops. Taste is not much different. Pretty flat, and feels pretty strong. I don't quite seem to get Summer Wine beers. Rerate: Jan 16. Same place. Aroma has citrus and and a bit of sweat. Light bitterness. Light enjoyment, but alright. Smells a bit like roast chicken juice. Not bad, but not so interesting for me anyway. --- Beer merged from original tick of Diablo on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:06 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Cask at Southampton Arms. Looks like a scrumpy. Orange with no head whatsoever. Warm as well. Very strange. Very oily and viscous in the mouth, not that pleasant to be honest. Aroma is a bit b.o./cat pee, but sweet at the same time. Taste is very bitter with a boozy sweetness too. Not really convinced by this unfortunately. --- Beer merged from original tick of Seven C's on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:06 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5. Cask. Opaque darkest brown color with white head. Aroma is coffee ground, milk chocolate, a touch roast, but more on the milk chocolate side. Taste is coffee, milk chocolate, on the sweet side, but with a good character. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good one!
