Welcome to the official page of the Lindemans family which has been brewing lambic since 1822. The family has owned a farm since the dawn of time. It was to occupy (and refresh) the peasants in winter that we began our brewing activity. With time and success, our agricultural activities decreased as our brewery developed.
As Darwin said, functions create organs. Today, we are once again expanding our brewery to share the love of our beers beyond our borders.

Bottl, 75cl. Quite gentle aroma, with a nice funk. Some toffee and dark dried fruits. Light sweetness, some lemon on the palate. Hints of barnyard and horse blanket. A bit straightforward, but sure far from bad. 646414

Bottle 750ml @ Home. Pours hazy reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of tart, malt, citrus and funk, Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long malty, citrus, funky and tartness. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Hops, Crewe. Pours ruby red with minimal transient white head and medium carbonation. The aroma is a mix of musty old barrels, unripe apples and hints of sugar. In the mouth it is quite tart but with some underlying sweetness. Flavours are cherries, sugar, apricots and ripe fruit. Finish is dry and fruity. A disparate mix of flavours comes together to produce a decent beer.

250ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, sugary, artificially fruity aroma, notes of melon, peach, mango. Taste is sweet, sugary, artificially fruity, notes of melon, peach, mango, a tart-ish touch of citric acid.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite sweet and artificial, well hidden alcohol - so-so.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear deep golden, small head. Aroma of tropical fruit nectar. Very sweet with medium body and rounded sticky mouthfeel. Nectarine and tropical fruit nectar concentrate. Syrupy finish. Ni trace of beer. Miserable.

Pours a deep crimson red, reddish head of foam, retention excellent, lacing excellent.
Smell is sweet and tart berries, hint of Brett, dryness, more hints of Brett.
Taste is sweet berries followed by mild tartness, light Brett, more of the sweet, rather tasty overall.
Body is better than it should be, I would drink this again. I have in the past.
