Pours dark, redpurple . Small pink head. Scent is rather intense, cherry. Taste is intense, refined sourness. Cherry, don't get the Tarragon to well, but the beer does have a vibrant freshness. A whiff of vanilla, almost. Really good cherries !

0,75l bottle at home. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells apples, peppery, some quince, light funk, tannins. nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes apples, quince, peppery, tanninic, horse radish, . Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, quince and peppery notes. taste young, bit harsh, good but not great. probably needs a bit more time!

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Deep red color, small white head. Smells very fragrent, flowery, parfumy, herbal. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes parfumy, lime, herbal, Rose notes, flowery, berry notes. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of flowers, herbs and berry notes. Very good one

Magnumflaska från Pellicle, 2023. Rödlila i färgen med rosavit krona. Cider i botten, ganska snäll närvaro från druvskalen. Ger lite strävhet som bidrar med kontrast. Körsbärsvinet rundar av och ger lite fyllighet. Väl integrerat och inte käftsmäll av bären. Växer i glaset. Gott, snyggt.

Flaska från Pellicle, 2023. Tjusigt knallröd/lilaröd med rosa krona. Oerhört tjusig i glaset. Rejält kryddig i doften inledningsvis, påminner om Bokke med nejlika och liknande i. I smaken körsbär, lite syltigt, med kryddigheten mer i botten. Kommer fram tydligare att det är rosmarin. Ger en snygg fyllighet i smaken. Växer bra i glaset. Gott och kul.

Flaska från Pellicle, 2023. Disig varmgul med vit krona. Stor plommon-arom. Syrligt, lite omogna plommon, kärnor. I smaken ganska mjukt. Mycket kärnor, plommonskal, fin fruktighet. Mycket gott.

Small rim, copper-ochre beer, hazy. Peach and elderflower both very obvious. Some bitter(ish) honey. Freshly cut peach. Sour lambic, lemon, unripe peach. Hints at wheat or other grains; some farmyard odours. Serious acidthinning, lipsmacking acidity, dry-out effect. Rather low carbonation. Excellent fruitlambic. Txs to the Turnhout guys for sharing!
