Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a fairly forward creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. Soft ripe grape. Touch of ripe citrus. Airy finish. Flaccid.

Clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, decent stay, leaving some nice foamy lacing. Fresh, herbal Pils aromas with cereal malts that show up after breathing a bit. Some good fruitiness comes in to balance things. Hints of white wine shows up eventually. A crisp, refreshing mouthfeel with a tad dryness in the end. The taste shows a nice fresh herbal flavour, blended with the milder cereal malts. Hints of yeast lingereing. Quite a good, refreshing Italian Pilsner-like beer.

Not as thick as their typical Éclat puréed, just murky brown-beige coloured with no bubbly head - just a film on the glass left. Well blended aromas of bananas, cacao, fruity berries and a hint of vanilla. Not as sour as their typical Éclat, with a mild, balanced fruitiness, and the chocolate-vanilla is quite light in here. Nothing really sticking out too much, just smooth all-around. An easier-drinking Smoothie Sour for BBC, more blended, less sour, to start off your day.

750ml @ Ryan's shared with Alex, Phill, and Josh, trying to figure out the Okanagan trip because weather is preventing us from Golden Ears camping 😬.
Aroma: heavy, American oak bomb.
Taste: along the same lines, boozy, thick.
Overall: another liquid oak bomb. It is a good beer, but I don't see any point in replicating these ones 😕

Poured from 750mL bottle. Very dark brown with no head. Boozy sticky bourbon forward, not a ton of complexity. Okay.

Dark brown. A fair bit of bourbon on the nose. On the palate, lots of bourbon, big sweet base. A study in the bourbon, comes across a bit hot. Still, their floor is so high right now.

Opaque and hazy. Thin head. Fairly bright sauvin aroma, kiwi, lychee, appetizing. Soft and a bit sweet. Again the hops are bright, lowish bitterness.

16oz (thx, Alex G. for keeping it for this long (canned on 2025-07-24) and Ryan to finally bring it to BC!) @ Ryan's shared with Alex, Phill, and Josh, trying to figure out the Okanagan trip because weather is preventing us from Golden Ears camping 😬.
Aroma: very dank, a bit fruity, and juicy.
Taste: along the same lines.
Overall: ok.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 24/07/2025). Hazy yellow with small white head. Overripe tropical hops with some light citrus, a touch aged, but okay.
