(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, yellowish white head. Fruity nose with notes of pineapple, citrus and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in a warming, slightly boozy, finish. Full body, quite sweet. Fresh, juicy, rich, possibly a little boozy. Great beer!

Fairly clean, very light golden-yellow colour with a slight off-white bubbly head, average stay and some soapy lacing spots. Some fresh Pilsner aromas with spicy notes, some sweet malts and herbal action. Then, some yeast comes out. The taste shows a nice blend of these herbal touches and malt spiciness. Quite a nice Pils-like beer for a 3.8% ABV one with the Spelt giving some spiciness, biscuit maltines and nuttiness.

Getting nice gooseberry and white grape Nelson induced action from the off, some citrusy orange and grapefruit, zesty lime accents, pillow soft creamy malts, robust hoppy close. Lovely.

750ml (thx, Alex G.!) @ Ryan's shared with Farees.
Aroma: bold, moderately sweet, some dark fruits.
Taste: along the same lines, a lot of oak.
Overall: pleasant enough.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Very dark brown with very minimal beige head. Boozy bourbon and feint cognac, mild chocolate, a bit of a booze bomb.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Near black with minimal beige head. Soft rye whiskey, chocolate, feint tobacco, well balanced, enjoyable.
