16oz at Phill's place shared with Alex. Appearance: murky pale golden with a white head. Aroma: mix of tropical fruits with some flowery notes. Taste: along the same lines, the body is more on the thin side. Overall: good IPA.

16oz @ Phill's shared with Ash. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: very nice and complex tropical fruits with lots of citruses, mango, some pineapple. Taste: along the same lines, pleasant light hops 🔥, juicy, a bit dry. Overall: very nice.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a small brown head. Nose is rich and complex, with lots of maple syrup, gentle bourbon, plenty of vanilla, followed by cinnamon and lactose. Flavour is quite complex at first, with lots of maple syrup, bourbon, and vanilla beans, followed by cinnamon and a hint of lactose. Lots of maple syrup and gentle bourbon. The palate becomes a little sludgy / chalky after a while, suboptimally expressing these different flavours. It's a great beer for sure, but the palate could use some improvement.

(473ml can from Luc, thanks!) Pours quite cloudy deep yellow with a decent off-white foam cap and a little lace. Aroma is bright, floral, leafy and a bit dank as you'd expect from the hops involved with melon, papaya, mango, white grape, nice leafy herbal freshness with subtle cannabis, sweet juicy pit fruit, some lychee muskiness too, brioche, lightly peppery citrus zest. Flavour is moderately sweet up front, juicy with some solid leafy floral components again; notes of melon, papaya, lime and grapefruit zest, green mangoes, rich leafy hops with a bit of herbal depth and moderate dankness, oaty brioche malt core, the full floral musk of lychee in the midde towards the finish, which is drying with light alcohol warmth and light bitterness. Flavours in the finish and aftertase of peppery lime/grapefruit zest, lychee, papaya, fresh leaves and a little cannabis. Quite full-bodied with filling creamy carb and an oaty chewiness, moderate carbonation. Boss TIPA, this is so balanced for 10% and the hop profile is straight fire.

(473ml can from Luc, thanks!) Pours quite cloudy bright yellow with a tight white head and lace. Aroma of bright juicy citrus and heavy floral notes of tropical flowers, lychee, passionfruit, guava, some grapefruit and berry punch undertones, lots of Galaxy with a little supporting honey and Ctira dankness. Flavour is off-dry despite the honey, which contributes to the floral character more than with sweetness; again lots of floral fruity hop character with lychee and berries prominent, touches of grapefruit and unripe peppery orange fruit, into the finish it's pretty dry despite the honey with low bitterness but lots of rindy 'red' fruit that produces a little soapy vibe in the long aftertaste. Medium-full body with nice rather creamy mouthfeel and carb, here the honey seems to show. I love the hops involved and honey IPAs, but this just went a touch too floral for me.

Jet black with a small brown head. Coconut and vanilla with lots of chocolate. Chocolate and coconut. Rich and well done.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral coffee notes with vanilla and lactose notes is quite enticing. Taste is a great mix of huge floral coffee notes with some lactose and vanilla with light coconut notes also perceptible. This beer is sweet but not overly so and is well balanced overall. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation. Great stout with nice dessert-like profile.

Aroma of huge juicy hops notes with nice fruity and tropical notes with some floral undertones. Taste is a nice mxi of juicy hops notes with huge floral undertones of hoppy notes of citrus/tropical flavours with some residual sugar also perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation. Excellent NEIPA with nice tropical flavours.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge citrusy and juicy hops floral undertones with some honey notes clearly noticeable. Taste is also a mix of huge citrusy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some honey notes clearly perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable IPA with nice mix of floral hops and floral honey notes.
