Tall can (thx, Eric D.!) at Matt's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: fresh tropical fruits, some grass. Taste: along the same lines with some slight candy notes finish. Overall: pretty good, but it's not classic hazy IPA.

Tall can (thx, Eric D.!). Canned on 2019-05-17. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: candied citruses, some other generic tropical fruits. Taste: along the same lines, moderate to high sweetness, quite heavy body. Overall: interesing. Not sure what adds to the body that much, but it's unusual.

Tall can (thx, Eric D.!). Canned on 2019-05-08. Appearance: pours a pale a bit dirty purple with a white head. Aroma: fruity, with raspberry notes, some strange kettle sour notes, and vanilla. Taste: quite dry, some generic fruitiness with a hint of raspberries at the end. Overall: it's kind of 3.5 months old, but it does not taste like that. It's ok.

Cloudy golden-beige with a white cap, good retention and soapy lacing. Very fresh herbal hop aromas with sweet yeast and hints of citrus. Flavours are well-balanced with not too much bitterness, but more fruitiness with the yeast sweetness and spicy touch. The mouthfeel is dry, but not excessive, with a little stickiness, tartiness lingering. A very nice refreshing IPA with so much going on, but more fruitiness-sweetness over bitterness, without being too juicy. Well done !

Dark brown colour with little highlights, a mocha-coloured head, above average stay and spotted lacing. Big dessert aromas of chocolate delicacy with cocoa, bitter chocolate and hints of nuts, vanilla. The coconut appears in the taste blending with the load of chocolate. The finish is not as bitter as some of their other sweet Imperial stouts I have had, but still a nice dryness appears in the end. Also, a touch of coffee and nuts. Tart from the roasted malts linger on the tongue. Another beautiful sweet Imperial stout from this brewery with so much going on. Who needs dessert after supper with this ?
