Vintage 2020. deep red color, small white head. smells balsamic, cherry notes, oak, more berries. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes cherries, marzipan, bit balsamic, light marzipan, lactic. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of cherries, lactic and marzipan notes. good overall, but rather on the lactic/balsamic side, lacks some funk, tad too sourish, good but my least favorite Wild creatures beer so far.

Bottle at Craft Beer Brno. Thin body, low carbonation. Very soft rounded character, significant funk, horsey, hay, grassy. Also moderate flowery presence, nice meadow feeling. Medium sourness, but once again very soft, with a subtle acetic note. Low sweetness. Very easy drinking, tasty, complex, yet soft. Needs more bubbles though, is almost still.

A small taste from a friend @ Helsinki Beer Festival 2023. Pours hazy deep purple with a low head. Aroma is sweet and sour malts with sour cherry. Flavor is sweet and sour malts with sour cherries and vinegar. Very nice.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2022) Dark reddish brown colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of cherries, red fruit, barnyard and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with cherries, red fruit, vinegar, barnyard and a slightly sweet and sour finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made cherry sour, with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Pours dark pink, clear. Mild to no head. Scent is cherry, not much else TBH. Taste is tart, cherry, fairly lactic. Intense. Lacks complexity.

The eighteenth of twenty beers for our 10th wedding anniversary. Nidábe's. Cloudy, dark red colored. AROMA- red wine, strawberry, blackberry, very sweet, a bit sour, blueberry, elderberry, prošek. FLAVOR- fairly and pleasantly sweet, slightly sour, no bitterness, elderberries, dark grapes, prošek, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry. Fuller to full bodied. Really tasty, very close to homemade prošek.

Very nice smell full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, grassy, earthy, light berry notes, tobacco, peppery, flowery, herbal. finishes lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, berry notes and peppery notes. Very good one
