Can from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. Hazy orange w/trace sparkle, quickly fading ring of head, no lacing. Aroma strong tart fruit, oak. Taste strong oak and tart-over-sweet fruit. Smooth, relatively thin texture, soft carb, finish as taste.

16 oz can. shared by tfontana. Aroma is acid with soft oak. Flavor is lightly lactic acid with mild Oak and long lingering tart finish. Not overly sour and very approachable sour! RIP Dwinell.

Undated can shared by tfontana on 6/20/26. Thanks, Tom!
Mild oak and lightly juicy black berry. No acetic or any intense acid really. Very fruity, fairly round. Maybe not the most distinct culture character.
Very easygoing with juicy blackberry and a very light body. Super low acid with just a lingering tartness probably more from berry than culture. Very clean. Not terribly interesting/complex, but no issues either.

Can from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. Cloudy, orange-light brown, thin head, poor retention, light lacing. Aroma is strong sour fruit, Brett, late oak. Taste is strong sour fruit, Brett, Petit Sirah (predominantly dark fruit/berries, perhaps a smidge of tea), late oak. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Am so grateful to sample the brewer and wish them luck in finding a buyer for their business! Appreciate how well crafted this is, nice complexity and great representative of the style. Just not a sour guy.

On tap at Chuckβs Greenwood, pours a cloudy orange amber, no head. Aroma has tart cherries, some farmhouse notes, and a touch of oak. Flavour is fairly acidic, with intense tart cherries, oak, some wild beast, and some earthiness. The acidity is rather bracing but thereβs undeniable complexity. Good but a bit harsh.

Single from Press online. Christmas-ish 2024 delivery. Must of gotten a can from the bottom of the crate to be rewarded with a different batch.
Pint glass at home. Hazy pale to medium yellow, quick spritz soda head.
Mellow plum, sweet pear & browned apple nose.
Bittersharp, grainy, leaning sweet. Light pineapple twang. Grape skin. Bittersweet secondary tannins, like suddenly getting to the middle of a blow-pop. Yeasty & softly floral finish. Lemony, lingering tang.
Complimenting acid, carbonic, a touch sulfite-y, strong & welcoming.
Good.

Pear cider with some apples sneaked in.
Single pounder can from Press online. Months spent on the basement shelf before cooling in the fridge a week before hitting my pint glass.
Hazy pale straw, fizzy pour. Lingering soft sounds of bubbly movement an hour after the first pour.
Spice, bubblegum, cider vinegar & honeysuckle nose.
Semisweet, leaning sweet. Heavy grocery pear honey drip with an earthy salinity, medium acidity, apple tartness & a grassy sweet finish.
Okay-ish.

Tap at FFB20, shared with the crew. I only took numerical notes while having this one.
