Bready and some soured milk? Clearish gold with a decent white head. Bready, bitter and just not my thing.

Light yellow body and little foam, faint nothing aroma of sweet lager hops. Flavour is soft lager notes with vague chunky grain hints. Full enough on the mouth. Extremely boring but apparently that's what they are going for.

Middling clear yellow body with no foam, soft sweet hops on the nose or maybe fruit. Flavour is lots of berry sourness, comes acrossnlike a mediocre white wine. Full enough on the mouth. No idea where the IPA is but I don't mind it as a sour.

Clear yellow body and okay foam, smells of pepperoni sausage for what it's worth. Flavour is more pepperoni, soft wheat, spicy grain. Adequate and a little unique and surprisingly clean for this brewer.

Muddy purple body with little foam, smells strongly of berry with skin intact but of what berries it cannot be told. Flavour is bright berries, sweet and strong, yet not too artificial. A little bit cloying on the aftertaste. Too sugary and unbalanced, could use some added malt or hops to make it less one dimensional.

Medium copper and little foam, smells of fruity brett yeast with some malt. Flavour is heavy brett yeast with caramel and malt notes, not bad, not too complex. Could do with some barrel aging, hinting at something great but pulling back before doing something one might remember.
