Description
Lost Coast Brewery was founded by Wendy Pound and Barbara Groom in 1989 in Eureka. The brewery outgrew the original location and moved to a larger building in Eureka in 1994. On August 20, 2014, they brewed their first batch of beer at another new facility just south of Eureka.

Aus der Flasche im 2019-05 getrunken. Der Name von diesen rötlichgoldnenen Bier ist wirklich passend denn der Mandarinenduft ist schon sehr deutlich. Ein wirklich schönes, leichtes Sommerbier.

Citrus hoppy aroma. Medium white head, hazy amber color. Light sweet and medium to strong bitterness. Long bitter aftertaste. Light to medium body.

Hints of caramel and hop aroma. Brown with big tan head. Light bitterness and sweetness. Short finish, light body, a bit thin. Good for a summer noon.

Bottle, from Bottle Liquor, Morro Bay. Pours cloudy pale golden with large foamy white head, faint citrus aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter citrus taste with pineapple flavor, thin smooth body, longish finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.

On Tap at Copenross Foggy deull deep golden pour. Smooth white head. Light pale malts and lots of melon flavors. Some bready maltiness at the end.

Bottle from Bottle Liquor, Morro Bay, CA. Pours clear golden with foamy off-white head, resinous aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter resinous taste, smooth body, long finish. Typical West Coast IPA.

Pour is a dark brown with almost no head at all. Aroma is a strong roasted nut. Flavor is a bit think and I don't get much chocolate but there is a rich peanut butter. A bit think but this has lots of peanut butter to go around.
