Bottle: Pours a dirty blonde color with a small white head and no lacing. Nose is musty earth and grain. Tastes like citrus, lemon, wheat, and hints of grain. Very mild flavor. Uninspiring.

Nice aroma of hop and a bit of yeast. Hazy orangy gold color with a little white head. Starts with carbonation, medium mouthfeel that quickly thins, light malt and then balancing hop. The malt lingers into the finish, but the hop eventually stands pretty much alone. Not overly strong in any particular flavor, but attractive flavors.

(On tap) Hazy golden with a white head. Somewhat odd citric aroma. Light-bodied with notes of coriander and a wee whiff of citrus. It takes a little white to find the balance in this, but it ends as a quite reasonable Belgian Wit. 230307

Aromas of roasted malt, chocolate and a bit of coffee. Near opaque brown/black color with a tan head that left rapidly, leaving edges that lace a little. Started with a moment of dark fruit, passed on to coffee, chocolate, crisp carbonation, and finally a roasted malt finish. Medium mouthfeel, but it thickens greatly with swishing. Not really sweet in the finish, but not super dry either. A good one.

bottle - Pours murky copper with large yeast floaters and a moderately sized head. Obviously the aroma and flavor are both very hoppy. The malt balance is alright. It’s medium bodied and has some mild citrus notes. It seemed very simple to me though and the hops flavor tasted flat rather than crisp. I suspect the bottle was too old.

bottle - Pours hazy medium brown with a moderately sized head. The aroma has yeast and caramel malts, which carry through in the rather basic sweet flavor. Medium bodied and easy drinking, it’s okay for a session, though there are certainly better options.
