Hazy orange with a big and lasting white head. Juicy hop aroma with pine and grapefruit. Very sweet with fruity hop flavour and quite a bit of yeast character.

22oz bottle, release #6, in trade with Sledutah. Used a pint. Small white head. High carbonation. Good retention and lace. Aroma is roasted malts and sweet chocolate and marsh mellow. Taste is vanilla up front, some caramel and mocha in the finish. This stout has a nice smooth, silky mouthfeel that does make you desire more. WELL worth a try. Thanks Craig!

22 oz bottle I got in a trade. Copper color, Small white head with light lace. Nose malt and hops. Taste is the same. A bit on the sweet malt side. A light tingle on your tongue with a dry finish. A nice Mild Ale.

22oz bottle. I got this bottle in a trade with Sledutah and I shared this bottle with LiteWait. Hazy yellow. ¼ inch white bubbly head. Almost no carbonation. Aroma is of earthy tones. Dust. This is a solid example of why many people don’t care for wheat beers. Bland and uninteresting.

Bottle. Release #3 - 9.1% ABV. Poured a pitch black color, definite medium sized, creamy tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, touch of coffee, not overpowering. Flavor was rich, roasty, no alcohol to really note while consuming, which was pretty good for being a 9.1% beer.

Very nice color of a hazy Pineapple juice. ½ white head with good retention and lace. Aromas of coriander, hint of apple and wheat. Taste is simple and easy carbonation makes it easy to chug. Coriander and spice upfront, a hint of apple and a twinge of citrus in the finish. Its a nice brew. Is very easy to drink. Looks good, smells good, tastes good. A nice Wit.

22 oz. bottle in trade with Sledutah. Used a Stem glass. Small bubbly off white head. Good retention. Light chocolate and coffee nose. Flavor is mild coffee with with some chocolate and roasted malt notes and a light bitterness on the finish. Lighter body. Very easy to drink. This can be an easy, smooth, every day drinker. Nice.

22oz Bottle. Osama celebration beer. Poured a hazy orange/amber color with a medium sized, thick and creamy off-white head. Aroma was hops, citrus, caramel notes. Taste was a solid grapefruit and caramel one, with a perfect balance. Very refreshing and extremely quaffable. This was a solid IPA.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, May 2011. Thanks to Hallinghansen. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Orange and exotic hops. Very fruity hoppy. Dry and crisp. Smooth.
